Why did you get new impact windows/doors for your property?
Gabriel Yanni: We have lived in the house since Hurricane Andrew and the windows and doors were actually the original one. Since then, we knew it was time to upgrade our hurricane preparation. And the only way to go was to replace them all with hurricane proof windows and hurricane proof doors. So it made sense to go ahead.
What was your experience like with Alco Windows and Doors?
Gabriel Yanni: Once we decided we were gonna replace the windows and doors, we began our research, we looked at manufacturers, we look at companies. We spent maybe a few weeks going through the whole process and the only reasonable choice and the only valid choice was alco windows and those, they had a lot of good reviews. They had very good comments from some of their customers. So we contacted them and they sent an amazing representative. She answered all of our questions. She explained the whole process. She took us on a tour of the, of the windows manufacturer and we signed the contract, I'll go and windows and doors and the workers. A few weeks later, it was a long process, but it was a very good process. They cleaned after themselves every day. They were meticulous and, and representatives of the company were here every day inspecting the work, correcting whatever they thought was not proper and they did not fail to show up every day. I had a representative of the company here every day supervising the work and making sure everything went according to plan.
