In 60 seconds or less, tell us the name of your most inspiring Alberta teacher and how they positively impacted your life?
Josh Pate: Hello. Uh, my name is Josh Pate. And uh, I'd like to say the teacher who most inspired me was my dad, Ron Pate. Uh, he was a teacher at uh Lauren Jenkin High School for many years. A guidance counselor, worked with kids on um, uh tr track and field and I just have to say, you know, being around him and getting to experience some of those moments where he was with kids and helping them kind of realize who they were, their potential, really made a difference in the lives of my life and, and kind of guided me to the point where I am today teaching at grade four for many years and elementary school for lots of, uh, you know, all different grades. It's uh incredible. Thank you for letting me share this.
