Lewis Eisen: I'm Lewis Eisen. I've been around AIIM, a long time. I'm the guy that teaches all those policy workshops and webinars and, and all that stuff. I show people how to write policies that sound strict but are still respectful.
Lewis Eisen: My session is called Setting Standards for Excellence. And we're going to look at two things. One is the power of standards and when people spend a lot of time writing policies and procedures do this, do this, do this and they ignore the standards and standards are really valuable in helping us find common ground with the people that we're trying to engage. And the second part is about looking at excellence and what role does striving for excellence play in how we want to relate to the different clients that we're trying to engage.
