Hello, everyone. I'm John Daly, a Senior Records Manager and I'd like to invite you to join me at this year's AIIM Conference in San Antonio. Our session will be on the DiSC personal assessment tool and that's gonna be on April 2nd at 340 in the afternoon. This session is going to review the four main DiSC behaviors, Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Conscientiousness. While we won't be taking the actual assessment, you should be able to identify your DiSC behavioral style and learn how you can relate to people with different DiSC styles. We'll also explore how to specifically incorporate your DiSC style to accomplish the goals and objectives of your organization. Learn how you can use this tool to improve your relationships and collaboration, thereby enhancing your effectiveness. I mean, technology is great, but human relationships are truly the key in seeing projects through to completion. So we hope to see you at 3:40 in the afternoon on April 2nd. Oh, and we're also planning on meeting in the hotel lobby each morning at 6:30 a.m. to go for a nice and easy run. So we hope to see you there as well!
