What problem was your company dealing with before partnering with AgileBlue?

John Zwerneman: What problem was my company dealing with. Before partnering with AgileBlue, we were trying to solve for the FTC safeguards rule. And during our search, we were trying to find a full service solution that would provide cybersecurity needs in the form of EDR for a unique set of clients. And that's a dealership environment. We needed somebody who had the pricing and the support necessary for this very unique client set. That's when we ran into AgileBlue.

How did working with AgileBlue help resolve this challenge?

John Zwerneman: When we encountered AgileBlue, there were a couple of things that were really important to us. One is they were willing to be a full service partner. And what I mean by that is they were willing to work with us in our industry for our specific client type dealerships are unique. Their environments are unique and their cybersecurity is not typically as robust. And they don't have the infrastructure that many other companies say in the tech industry do. It was great when we encountered AgileBlue because they were willing to go the extra mile work with us and create a solution that made sense at the right price for that client set, we were able to do that by the time we were done working with them and mosaic has since been able to add clients um and keep them as a result of that partnership.

What results have you seen since partnering with AgileBlue?

John Zwerneman: What results have we seen since partnering with and AgileBlue. The first result is we've been able to bring on clients. The service that we're providing includes sock sin EDR MDR and really an XDR solution. When you look at it, our clients needed that we needed to offer that. And it's been a really great journey, being able to say we are not only going to provide you something that identifies an endpoint threat but solves for it from a soc perspective and that's been unique for us. We've been able to beat out competitors that way and we're excited that they are invested in keeping that human element as they add AI as well. Another thing that we've seen is really great. Marketing AgileBlue has an outstanding marketing team. They've worked with us a lot and we've been able to create some content that we can push out to our clients. A content makes a complex topic much simpler. And when you're talking about something as intricate as cybersecurity, you need simplified resources. So we've really enjoyed working with their marketing team and being able to push out those results. Finally, the price point for us and for our clients has been right, AgileBlue and Mosaic. My company have really been able to work together to find the right balance in the market so that everyone is winning and our clients are happy. That's where you wanna be if you wanna be successful.
