What problem was your company dealing with before partnering with AgileBlue?

IIya: As a managed cybersecurity services provider. Two items are key, one is having complete visibility into a customer's network and two is being able to provide the client with right information so that it is clear to them what they have, what they don't and what needs to be actioned. With our previous providers we were having challenges with reporting, we were having challenges with visibility and AgileBlue solved all of it.

How did working with AgileBlue help resolve this challenge?

IIya: We vetted AgileBlue against several other platforms. What set them apart is they were willing to work with us on setting up custom rules, custom notifications, ensuring that we had the data we needed to get our job done. In addition to that, they helped us with customized reporting, they helped us with customized dashboards and helped us figure out a way how we can integrate with our other platforms and provide our clients with clear and concise information. So they will understand exactly what their cybersecurity posture is. And that allowed us to showcase our abilities in improving their networks.
