How did you find your way to your current role at Agency73?
Ryan Armstrong: Hi, I'm Ryan. I found my way to Agency73 basically through a Salesforce recruiter. I was, prior to this, doing Salesforce administrative work for a health care staffing company. I loved it there, but I thought the little pigeon-holed in my career ladder. So, you know, I wasn't utilizing all the skills that I had in my toolbox. So making the move over the Agency73 was a good decision. Don't regret it. And it's been a great journey.
Could you share a few details about the favorite part of your role and the team at Agency73?
Ryan Armstrong: I think my favorite part about being an Agency73 Consultant is being able to work with various clients in different industries, although my main client has been.... I've been on that project for a couple of years and they use many different aspects and functional parts of the platform, in which I've been able to build my skill set and just accelerate my consulting career and become a better manager in terms of managing a team both onshore and offshore and just build my overall skill set and my consulting career, it's been great.
What stands out to you about the culture at Agency73?
Ryan Armstrong: I came on board with Agency73 a couple of years ago and it's been great to see the culture expand and the team expand. And one thing about it is that we've got people from all walks of life in terms of where they're at, where they're from, what they're into, their personal interests in family situations and so forth. And it's great because while we all take our work very seriously, we don't take ourselves too seriously. We know how to have a good time. We know doing to joke around and when to be serious and get things done. It's just a great culture. And we can always you know, say what's on our mind and make sure that everything is moving forward and have some fun while we're doing it.
