How did you find your way to your current role at Agency73?
Greg Palios: Yeah, I began my journey with Salesforce four years ago, working in healthcare and government. I felt like there was some different opportunities I would want to pursue. So a recruiter reached out to me with an opportunity to the 73 and I was super glad I applied.
Could you share a few details about the favorite part of your role and the team at Agency73?
Greg Palios: My favorite part about my role agency 73 is just the diversity of different clients that we work with different projects. I can be a part of uh, in any given day. I could be working on 1, 234 different projects at a time. And uh and the diversity is really, really helpful in kind of broadening my horizons. And I just really also enjoy working with the team. We're all pretty close knit group and uh, you know, we just really value each other and and have a good time in our stand ups and interactions were just kind of like a family.
What stands out to you about the culture at Agency73?
Greg Palios: what really stands out to me with about the culture is just that everyone is for each other. You know, there's never uh kind of that feeling of of wanting to undermine each other to get ahead to kind of throw each other under the bus, but we really Prefer one Another. We really look out for one another and help where we can. Um and that's just a really strong and unique aspect about the culture of 80 73. It really starts with the leadership down. We could just tell that our leaders are really invested in each other, invest in the company and and most of all invested in us. And so when we when we see that and we feel that way, it's easy to to reciprocate those feelings of uh really just wanting to do what's right uh you know helping each other out.
