How did you find your way to your current role at Agency73?
emily adamiec: So the way I found myself to agency73 was they were hosting a salesforce admin workshop with with with their Salesforce partners. And the current salesforce AE for my company suggested that I go and check it out. And when I was there I met Arleen and she inspired me to do more and that I was ready to move on. And then a couple of months later they had an opening for a Consultant and I applied and I got the job. I was really happy to move from my makeshift admin role to an actual Salesforce Consultant. Yeah.
Could you share a few details about the favorite part of your role and the team at Agency73?
emily adamiec: So my favorite thing about my current role is my clients, I have a few retainer clients and I get to meet with them weekly and I've been with their companies sometimes longer than they have. So I really like that, I feel part of their organization and and part of their team and you know, I'm really happy to help with all these different industries, you know there's construction companies and software companies and Salesforce bridges the gap between all industries and, and you know, I can find solutions to help each one of them. That's my, my favorite part is seeing all of my clients And then as far as the team here at agency73, we have a very supportive culture and we have fun on our daily stand ups. it's fun seeing what everyone's like interests are and and everyone is willing to step in when someone needs help. You know, we have breadth of knowledge from a lot of different experiences and everyone's like if you need someone that knows how to do this thing or that thing you know usually there's somebody that does and and we're all willing to help each other get through those questions
What stands out to you about the culture at Agency73?
emily adamiec: What stands out to me with our culture is the caring and collaborative effort that everyone will make, like everyone will be super happy to help each other out if they have a question or if they're not. Um They don't have as much experience on a certain integration or something like that as someone else. Everyone is really helpful And they're fun people, you know like the generally funny fun I like to hang out with the group.
