How did you find your way to your current role at Agency73?
Dominic Vario: So I found my way to agency 73 through a linkedin recruiter. I was working at another job just as a dedicated Salesforce developer. And I got, I got a message from a Lincoln recruiter, and I normally just kind of would say no, but this time something told me to just hear what they had to say. So I spoke with them and kind of went through basically looking into future opportunities. And then luckily I was set up through them with Agency73 with an interview.
Could you share a few details about the favorite part of your role and the team at Agency73?
Dominic Vario: My favorite part about the role that I have at agency 73 is really the ability that it gives me to work with so many different customers, so many different sectors. I had previously just kind of worked in with for one direct Salesforce customer. And this opportunity really has presented me with the ability to learn about so many different aspects and nuances of Salesforce, all the different things that can do and then learning more about different businesses how they use Salesforce. And I've also had the opportunity to learn a lot more and further my education through, getting certifications and accreditations. one of the things I really love about the team at Agency73 is is it really does honestly feel like a family and you know, it may sound cliche but it's it's one of the first times I've worked for a company where I actually felt like they really cared about each of us individually and they have a vested interest in in making sure that our mental health is well taken care of, that we're we're happy with what the situation is. and we have daily check-ins with each other to kind of just make sure that you know, if there's anything they can do to help us that that they're there for us.
What stands out to you about the culture at Agency73?
Dominic Vario: One of the things that really sticks out About the culture at Agency73 is true transparency. They really actually do honestly share everything that's going on with the company so that we're always in the know about when they're interviewing new people who's coming in, what roles are available, where we're at financially as a company, what we need to do to get to the next level as a partner, they really keep us in the loop and also helping us understand what we, as individuals need to do to try to kind of level up and get to that next, potential promotion or that next level of responsibility. like where our trajectory is. I also, I know I said it before, but, but the, the family atmosphere here, like we, we actually, they care to know us about people, about our personal lives, about our families. Making sure that we have a really good work life balance and that we're spending an appropriate amount of time, both working and spending time with our families and working on ourselves.
