How did you find your way to your current role at Agency73?
Dea Simon: How did I find my way to agency 73 a couple of years ago I applied through a position I found on linkedin and then I had a friend who knew scott the Ceo and he put me in touch and I came to work here as a senior consultant. Then I left um for some medical reasons and once I was all healed up and ready to go they brought me back and I worked again as a while for a while as a senior consultant um And then I decided that I wanted to kind of switch what I was doing with my life and I wanted to become a trainer. So I left again and took my dream job as a sales engagement manager and trainer at a large company here in Austin only to get laid off eight months later. And the first thing I did was text Arleen and say I want to come home I'm available. Do you have spot for me? And so they brought me back in as a project manager and training consultant so now I get to do a little bit of everything that I love
Could you share a few details about the favorite part of your role and the team at Agency73?
Dea Simon: Share a few details about your favorite part of your role and the team at agency 73. Um The favorite part of my role is working with a lot of varied customers. We primarily try to take clients in the high tech industry. Um but we do have some other clients, so it's really interesting getting to know their businesses and how they function um and how they're using the tool. And then secondly I just love to train. Um I love to teach people how to make their work lives easier using Salesforce. I like to see those light bulb moments when I show them how to do something or tell them they can do something that they didn't previously know about and that's really gratifying to me. So that's that's my favorite part.
What stands out to you about the culture at Agency73?
Dea Simon: mm. What stands out to me about the culture agency 73, Um, just that the people here are genuine. There there are no pretenses, There are no politics. It's just everybody's in this together and we're going on this incredible journey together, trying to build this business and make it something that we can all be really proud of. And there's, there's no hidden agendas anywhere. What you see is what you get with everybody here. And that is really, really important to me. And it's one of the main reasons I came back.
