Why did your team enlist Agency73 - what projects did you need completed, and why did the company stick out to you?
Matthew Shait: So I actually joined surfside after the kind of procurement process, So I um, you know, we were already working with with Agency 73 when, when I came on, but I think, you know, the main, the main goal for for us as a, as a growing business was basically to uplevel um how we leveraged our Crm, we were previously on hubspot, um, and and wanted to really build out a custom salesforce instance that that met our needs. So, Um again, I I wish I could speak more to the procurement and what really stuck out about agency 73 there, um, but for for me, you know, it's been a great experience working with the team since, since I started.
How have Agency73's Sales Cloud and CPQ solutions impacted your team's operations and productivity?
Matthew Shait: So agency 73 sales, Cloud and sea PQ solutions have really dramatically impacted our operations in productivity for the better. Um You know, first of all, running through the process with with the team has allowed us to really understand what has been efficient or inefficient about our workflow, so we've been able to take a step back um and really assess like what's working and what's not. Um and it's, it's helped our team spend time on activities and clients and tasks and accounts that are really going to drive the most value for the business. So we've been able to focus our team's time and then we've been able to really help managers through reporting, which we've really only scratched the surface of understand our teams band with, understand where time is going um and and really make sure we're directing our efforts to uh the most profitable endeavors for the business.
What's it been like working with the team at Agency73?
Matthew Shait: so it's been awesome working with, with agencies 73 in particular definitely a big shout out to to Lindsay who has been an amazing resource for me and the team here at, at surfside. Um she's been, you know, instrumental and as has the rest of the team behind the scenes in helping translate my sometimes abstract business asks into really easy to use Salesforce processes for our entire team. So, you know, I really can't speak highly enough about the experience that we've had, I've slacked lindsey at all hours and days, whether seven o'clock at night on a, on a weekday or you know, noon on a weekend, been super, super helpful and always willing to dig in and, and and be creative to solve problems. So to me that's the most important thing is that, you know, the team has, has been really willing to leverage all of the different features and flexibility that Salesforce has the offer in order to help us meet our business needs as opposed to just like forcing us down a specific pathway that maybe is easier to implement, but, but doesn't meet our needs. So again, it's been a great experience. Um and I think it's really helped us design a Salesforce instance that that's going to be scalable for the future. Um and and really put our employees in a, in a good position to, to use, um Salesforce really regularly and and and as robust a manner as possible
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
Matthew Shait: in terms of anything else I'd like to share. You know, again, I just want to give a shout out to lindsey, who's been super, super, super helpful throughout the entirety of the process. Um, you know, we've, we've definitely had a lot of unique business asked, we are, you know, media focused business, there's a lot of nuances and specifics to how we operate, how we work with our clients, what their needs are, um, what are contracting needs are, I think every, almost every step in every object of Salesforce has some sort of unique uh, nuance that, that could present some sort of challenge to, to how we operate. So, um really, again, I'd just like to thank the team for sticking with and, and, and helping us really put a product in front of our internal teams that, that makes their lives easier. Um, and and that sets people up to be successful. You know, to me that's, that's what I'm always looking for, is, is what we're doing, going to be scalable and are we putting people in a good position to be successful? And I think our work with with agency 73 on Salesforce has definitely put us in in both of those spots. So just glad to have such a good partner to, to work with, um, to kind of take a lot of like I mentioned previously, my kind of abstract business goals and and turn them into reality and also really like teach me to fish and and help me understand how do I execute some of this stuff on my own. So that way, you know, I can I can own more of of our sales force in in the future.
