Katie Krawzak: Hi, Happy APC week. My name is Katie Kraak. I'm one of the nurse practitioners at Advocate Children's Hospital. I work for the pediatric advanced care team um in Park Ridge, Illinois. And I am thanking each and every one of you for all the hard work you do caring for our patients, caring for their families and also recognizing all the work you do outside of the hospital walls. I'm filming with my son here. I know so many of us are going home to care for families, care, for pets, care for aging parents, care for friends. My name is Debbie Stam and I am a nurse practitioner working at the Center for Health and integrative Medicine at Good Shepherd Hospital in Barrington, Illinois. One of my favorite parts of my role here in integrative medicine is checking in with patients on their self care. And that is my message for you today. Check in with your own self care and mind, body, spirit, emotion and see how you're doing, know that you are appreciated immensely for just being you within the organization and also for the patients that you serve. And here is a mindfulness moment for you with the water wall here at the healing garden.

Danielle Storm: I'm Danielle Storm. I'm a physician assistant in general surgery at the Aurora Medical Center. Burlington and Aurora Lakeland Medical Center. From long OR days to crazy clinic schedules, to large inpatient volumes to juggling kids meal prepping and taking care of a home. You manage to do it all. Rebecca Levy: Happy APC week. I'm Rebecca Levy and I am a physician assistant at Christ Hospital in the South Chicago land area doing general surgery with this amazing group of four other pas and I am just always so grateful, not only for their clinical excellence and expertise in patient care, but for the support that we all provide one another with issues at home or family life or things that happen outside of work that we really work together to take care of our patients, but also each other. Sarah Parve, NP: Greetings APC colleagues. My name is Sarah Parve nurse practitioner with imaging and interventional services that serves Wisconsin areas. I'd just like to say a Happy APC Week to all of my colleagues in the Midwest region. And thank you for everything that you do for our patients, our communities and one another health care at one point couldn't exist without physicians. RNS MAs and the entire team that make it go round. And I think we've reached a moment in time where health care cannot exist without APCs as a part of the collaborative care team models. So again, thank you for everything that you do. And I hope in this moment you can be proud to be a part of this organization and a part of the teams in which you work Happy APC week.

Christie Hanrahan : Hi, I'm Christy Hanrahan, one of the nurse practitioners on your APC Council. I work with the Urogynecology Service in the Milwaukee area with Aurora. I wanted to take a minute to thank all of our advanced practice providers for all of your hard work, dedication and exceptional service. Your commitment to patient care and teamwork are the backbone to our health care system. We are so deeply grateful for everything that you do. Happy APC week.

Elise Gentile: Hi, my name is Elise Gentil. I am a pediatric nurse practitioner and I work on the pediatric complex care team at Advocate Children's Hospital in Oak Lawn Illinois. I am proud to be an advanced practice clinician at Advocate and I love seeing how my fellow colleagues work collaboratively by sharing their individual expertise to provide the best care possible. I recently started a mentor relationship with another APC and her advanced and specialized knowledge of pediatric cardiac critical care is inspiring. I'm so grateful that we can all find our own place to thrive as part of a whole care team.

Chelsey Daniels: Hi APCs! It's Chelsea Daniels, PA at Saint Luke's Hospital and Happy APC week. I wanted to take a quick moment to say thank you for everything you do. You are the backbone of our healthcare organization working tirelessly every day to keep our patients healthy and safe. Your dedication, care, skill and sacrifices make a world of difference. Mansi Patel : Hi, my name is Manci Patel. I'm a nurse practitioner in the continuing health division. I provide services to our patients in the skilled nursing facilities. My colleagues across Illinois and Wisconsin provide services in the skilled nursing facilities and in patients home in various different specialty including palliative care and hospital. I want to take this opportunity and thank you all for all your hard work and all the services that you provide to patients in the setting they need. We truly appreciate all that you do for our patients and provide care where they need it.

I would just like to say how much I value and respect each of you across the system. APCs are an invaluable asset to the entire advocate of our system. We provide the finest care. And that's basically due to the dedication that all of you have for your patients. I couldn't be more proud to be part of a group such as the amazing APCs that we have. John Bukowski: Hi, everyone! My name is Johnny. I'm a PA with radiology in the Greater Milwaukee area, primarily located at Sinai and South Shore. Just past my six years with the organization and I recently started working on the APC council, been learning a lot and it's been a great experience meeting a lot of new people and excited to continue to to get involved. I wanted to wish everyone a happy APC week. I know myself, I'm super, super proud to be a PA and I love telling all my family and friends that and I know all of you are the same. So just wanted to give a quick shout out again. Happy APC week. Thank you for all that you do both for all our patients, the organization and the community.
