Check in with your own self care and mind, body, spirit, emotion and see how you're doing, know that you are appreciated immensely for just being you within the organization and also for the patients that you serve. Elise Gentile: Hi, my name is Elise Gentil. I am a pediatric nurse practitioner and I work on the pediatric complex care team at Advocate Children's Hospital in Oak Lawn Illinois. I am proud to be an advanced practice clinician at Advocate and I love seeing how my fellow colleagues work collaboratively by sharing their individual expertise to provide the best care possible. I recently started a mentor relationship with another APC and her advanced and specialized knowledge of pediatric cardiac critical care is inspiring. I'm so grateful that we can all find our own place to thrive as part of a whole care team.
