Um you know, as the new director or clinician recruitment, I know I have some huge, huge shoes to fill with what you've started. And now has passed on the legacy to Joy Lynn and now Joy Lynn has passed on this legacy um with me being the director. So I just want you to know I'm in this for a long haul. Um Love, love, Joy Lynn. She's a wealth of knowledge. You are absolutely right spot on to see the talent in her. She is definitely passionate about this organization and moving this team forward. Craig, we've gone from watching you consistently bounce a tennis ball against the wall off the edge of my desk into a trash can on the garden level of red brick to seeing you move upstairs to the second floor in the East Wing, to all of us, working out of our homes. To you taking the challenging role of system VP system line, service line administration and now president of service lines at Setter Health. Thank you for the fun. Thank you for always being an advocate for us. Thank you for all the amazing ideas like succession planning and workforce planning and so many others.
