Pierre Monice : Hello, my name is Pierre Monice and I serve as the Assistant to the President for People and Culture with AYP. In my role, I support the people functions as every team looks to grow and bring on volunteers to support in various capacities.
What inspires you to volunteer with AYP?
Pierre Monice : What inspires me to serve is to watch young people get on fire and excited to serve in their various capacities and be connected with like-minded young adults from all over the country and all over the world.

Pierre Monice : One of the exciting opportunities to serve on the people and culture team is the role of a recruiter. These are individuals who help connect people who are interested and want to serve and connect them with various teams, various groups and help with all the behind the scenes functions so that they can have access and that they can do what they've been called to do for AYP.
How do you envision this role having a missional impact?
Pierre Monice : The role of a recruiter has a significant mission impact. It allows AYP to continue to grow and to share the good news of Jesus Christ throughout the country and throughout the world. This person connects people who are interested and brings them into the fold and sets them up for success from beginning to end.
