Shady Grove Imaging Leadership: Hi, my name is Alison Morris and I'm the radiology manager for specialty imaging. I love that Adventist HealthCare is a faith based organization. Our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing enables us to care for the whole person, not just the physical. This aligns with my personal faith and makes working more than just a job. It's a calling to make a lasting difference in the lives of others.

Shady Grove Imaging Leadership: Hi, I'm Ron Leonard, Imaging Manager for diagnostic radiology, nuclear medicine and administrative staff. We have a caring, compassionate team along with an engaged positive group of leaders who work closely together with our common goal to provide exceptional patient care. It's a great environment with opportunities to grow personally and professionally. This team genuinely cares for one another and I think everyone here desires the best outcome for our patients and for one another.

Shady Grove Imaging Leadership: Our day generally begins with a brief department huddle where we'll discuss any issues that may affect daily routines such as shared patients, equipment or scheduling issues. This detailed communication helps us provide a more seamless patient experience. Generally speaking, it just makes our day go smoother. After morning huddles, the team will disperse, carry on with their normal assignments and their specific modality or area of work.
