What is it like working in UX at ADP?
Roel Punzalan: Working in UX at ADP Is like working on 1000 piece puzzle. The domain of our users working is complex and it may not seem like there's a complete picture at the end of it, but you lean on the design process, you collaborate with team members and you slowly piece the puzzle together. It may be challenging, but that's ultimately what makes putting that puzzle finding those solutions more rewarding.
Why should somebody consider a UX career at ADP?
Roel Punzalan: The culture to improve our client's experience with the work they have to do is genuine. Not only is everyone here open to collaborate, but they want to get better at collaborating. Also, I feel taken care of here, not just as an associate, but as a person. The company is not afraid to take a stand on social issues and is even sometimes one of the first voices on what's going on in society.
Why is it an exciting time to be part of UX at ADP?
Roel Punzalan: UX AT ADP is seen, heard and listened to. I've been here now for seven years and I've seen constant growth, maturity and commitment for UX to be a bigger and bigger part of the business here. Also. These the questions in this video testimonial ask about career at UX, but now in the back of my head when I see UX, It also means product development, it means service design. It also means maybe a little bit of work with leadership, it's all encompassing and I think that part's exciting.
