What is it like working in UX at ADP?
Austin Rodrigues: Hi, my name is Austin Rodriguez. I'm a Principal UX Designer ADP. I would say my experience working in the UX field, ADP has been phenomenal. There's a lot of cross team support. My boss is a dream to work with and overall, I think ADP just really puts a focus on the user experience, which makes the designs feel really important and is a really fulfilling job to have.
Why should somebody consider a UX career at ADP?
Austin Rodrigues: I think a reason to consider a career at ADP in UX would be that ADP really focuses on the importance of the user experience. They value it and you would be working with other individuals who are kind of at the cutting edge of the user experience. I think just knowing that you're designs and the work that you do is going to be seen by you know millions of people in some cases. and it's always gonna be the the best in the biz type of work. And I think there's a lot of reasons to consider also ADP is just a great employer in general. So a lot of reasons to consider that.
Why is it an exciting time to be part of UX at ADP?
Austin Rodrigues: Yeah I think now is a super exciting time to get involved with us at ADP. I think the biggest thing is just the progress. There's always so much progress happening and you know we have these big meetings to discuss the work that we've done and where we see the ship being steered in the future. And it's just always there's always just so much excitement. You know obviously there's so many different layers to ADP but a lot of work is being done to unify the user experience and kind of come up with this cohesive voice while still growing where we go from here. So I think yeah now's the time to get on the ship.
