Anna S.- Sales Executive: Hi! As a sales executive leader, what I'm looking for in a candidate are two main things. One is just the drive to be successful, to make money, to have fun. ADP is amazing at rewarding success and it's a competitive but super fun environment. We're looking for people that want to win the incentive trips, that want to make a ton of money, and just want to have fun winning. And so if you have that drive, you're an awesome fit for ADP. And then secondly, is consultative sales skills with comprehensive services. We sell a really unique product in the marketplace. It's fun, it's.. not everyone's heard of it. And so because of that, you definitely have to be able to communicate value, uncover client needs and gaps and be able to communicate that effectively to the client to secure the business. But if you are, the market opportunity is huge. And so we'd love to have you.
