Could you describe a time that Adaptive Yoga LIVE CIC helped you?
Rose Prentice: Hi, I'm Rose. I live with Elis Dalos syndrome and I'm a wheelchair user adaptive yoga. Life has been really useful for me as a gentle exercise, strengthening mobility. And it's been positive from a social point of view as well to get to, um, have more social contact with different people and enjoy exercising together. It's definitely helped me with my um, mobility and help with my pain management.
How would you describe Adaptive Yoga LIVE CIC in three words?
Rose Prentice: In three words, I would describe adaptive yoga life as inclusive, adaptable and welcoming.
Why is Adaptive Yoga LIVE CIC different from other similar products or services?
Rose Prentice: What's different about it is that people with disabilities aren't an afterthought or something added on or changed. Disabled people are at the heart of what Adaptive Yoga life is all about as founded by people who have lived experience with disabilities. Um And that means that it's really welcoming for people who have limitations or disabilities or medical conditions and everything can be adapted can be changed and you, you don't feel like you're being awkward or difficult if you need something different, um to help you get the most out of the classes.
