Rose Prentice: In three words, I would describe adaptive yoga life as inclusive, adaptable and welcoming.

Why is Adaptive Yoga LIVE CIC different from other similar products or services?

Rose Prentice: What's different about it is that people with disabilities aren't an afterthought or something added on or changed. Disabled people are at the heart of what Adaptive Yoga life is all about as founded by people who have lived experience with disabilities. Um And that means that it's really welcoming for people who have limitations or disabilities or medical conditions and everything can be adapted can be changed and you, you don't feel like you're being awkward or difficult if you need something different, um to help you get the most out of the classes.
