Phil Badura: Hi, I'm Phil Badura Your business coach in Northern Victoria and Southern New South Wales.
Phil Badura: I work with business owners and executives to help them achieve more and less time, attract recruit and retain great team members and generate more profit in their business. Most people I know say, I wish I had more time. The key here is to work out how to get more done in less time. When clients get a better understanding of themselves, they become better leaders, they make better decisions and reduce their stress levels. When this happens, they're able to spend more time with their family and enjoy more of the things they want to do.
