What stood out to you most of ACT's online training program?
Ayisha Rimshan : Something that really stood out to me about this program was not only how hands on the curriculum was, but also how hands on the staff is.
Ayisha Rimshan : Since this entire course was very interactive and like simulation based, it actually helped a lot with my memory retention, because when I was going back and doing practice questions, I was able to refer back to my simulation experiences, and overall just like put me in a position of an MA. So I was able to learn how to work in that type of healthcare setting.
In what ways did ACT make you feel supported, even though the program was online?
Ayisha Rimshan : Even though this program was completely online, as I said before, one thing that really stood out to me was the fact that everyone was just so readily available, all the staff members were very readily available to help me at any moment. And that just really made me feel like there was people behind the screens that were always there to support me. my journey doing this my CCMA certification. And the, the Q&A live sessions were the biggest game changer in my learning because I was able to, uh, uh, get any of my answer or questions answered right then and there. And it was honestly just a really good refresher. Um, but yeah, it was, um. This online, this online program definitely did not feel like the traditional online program because there was always someone to help you through anything, whether it be financial, whether it be through the course, whether it just be like general job, help support, that yeah, everyone is always there for you and that is just what makes it such a good program and such a good community.
What advice would you give to someone who is considering enrolling in an ACT program?
Ayisha Rimshan : If there was anyone who was interested in this program, I would encourage them to do so, because I genuinely feel like this program provides so much support and resources for all their students 24/7, and in all aspects, and I was just, I just genuinely cannot imagine doing my cert or taking my certification without this program just because they lay everything down for you so that you never miss a beat and so that you're getting the full experience of actually going to like A schooling for MA through online without having to uh having to stop any undergrad education or anything like that. Um, one advice that I would give someone would be to really in with an open mind and engage in the material because that is one of the most important things to help for memory retention and just like overall learning. But this program is amazing and I would recommend it to anyone who asks about.
