Daniell Hill Shares What Makes ACME Great

Daniell Hill: My name is Daniell Hill Been with ACME Constructors for just under two years. When I came in to interview for the role, I met with the entire leadership team and the person that was gonna be replacing. I found out that that individual was going to be transitioning into retirement over the course of the following year after I was hired. And to see the commitment that the leadership team had both to its people in their willingness to work with his design plan and their commitment to the role that they would invest that much time and effort into selecting the right person and letting them work with it. Just really gave me a high confidence level that this was a place that I was really going to enjoy working and absolutely has turned out to be so.

Daniell Hill: enjoy about working at ACME. Realistically, the probably most important is the people. Love the people that I work with. It's been great to meet everyone here and develop the relationship that we have, not just in the office, but also with the field staff. Got lots of guys that interact with our customers and their direct face, that our customers see way more than they see ours and they really set a great example. And my role is safety. It's great knowing that when I go out to a job site, I feel confident that the people in the field are doing the right thing, that they set a great example, not only for our newer employees, but other contractors on our job sites.

Daniell Hill: I believe every person here is hardworking and positive. Those are some primary aspects of our culture. Everyone that works here is an employee owner.
