Why did you choose ACI Learning Tech Academy?
Mathias Hill: I chose ACI Learning because after looking at getting back into the IT world, they popped up and I give them a look, I found out that they worked well with Vets and scheduling. and the VA so it seemed the best way for me to get my certifications to allow me to get back into the IT world.
What program did you complete, and how was your experience training at ACI Learning?
Mathias Hill: I completed numerous programs such as ITIL 4, A+, Network+, and Security+ The classroom setting really helped and I really appreciated the open forum with my instructors.
Could you tell us a little bit about your current IT role and how life is after training?
Mathias Hill: I'm currently prepping for the exams to get my certifications while still looking for an IT based role.
If you could say one thing to the staff at Tech Academy, what would it be?
Mathias Hill: Thank you ACI for opening the door again, back into the IT world.
What advice would you give to Tech Academy students?
Mathias Hill: For future students. I highly recommend being involved in asking questions in class. It really helps solidify what you're trying to learn.
