Why did you choose ACI Learning Tech Academy?
Elias Balderas: I chose ACI learning because they had on-site instructors and they were actually recommended by my VA advisor. And the enrollment was simple. and I got help from my VA advisor and also from the admissions at ACI learning. They had the program that I was interested in computer user support specialists and the school was easy to work with. They gave me the time slot that I wanted eight AM to noon Monday to Friday. And the school location was actually close to my home right off the interstate. So it was easy to get back and forth to class. And I got to attend with other veterans. So that was fun from all the branches. And we had some civilians too. That was a, that was a blast. And, and I definitely enjoyed the program and I definitely would do it again.
How was your experience training at ACI Learning Tech Academy?
Elias Balderas: I definitely enjoyed my experience training at ACI learning. They provide you with all the materials you're gonna need. The classroom instruction with reviews, practical exercises and even real world experiences shared by the instructors. One of my instructors was, was prior service Air Force and it was amazing. Some of the things that she shared with us. You get plenty of hands on in the lab classrooms, assembly disassembly of laptops and desktops and of course definition of all the different pieces and parts and of course the reviews for the exam. So it was a lot of fun.
How is life after training at ACI Learning Tech Academy?
Elias Balderas: Life after training at ACI Learning, I got a job working with USAA I start in a week. I had plenty of job offers from several employers. I got to choose the company and even the shift time that I wanted. You see ACI provides you with follow up help from their recruiters. They help you set up your LinkedIn profile and they even send you job recommendations. So useful! I appreciated everything that my recruiters did for me. Maggie May Bennett. Elias Balderas: If I could say one thing to the staff at ACI Learning, what would it be? Well, you are so dedicated and professional, you know, your subject matter well. You were tireless in ensuring that the student grasped the material, especially me. They all had a sense of humor. They kept us in the moment. It was a lot of fun. Thank you for all that you did and do for us. The students trying to learn this difficult IT material. I appreciate you all.
