Why did you choose ACI Learning Tech Academy?
Imamu Burton: Hello, my name is Imam and I am proud to say that I am an ACI Learning alumni. I chose ACI Learning. It was actually referred that I look into ACI Learning programs through the VET TEC program. I spoke with a VA representative, we talked about the VET TEC program. They refer, I had seen on the list ACI Learning had programs that were relevant to a field, the field that I'm working to transition into. I spoke with Jeff Burkhart from ACI who actually helped me find a training program that was relevant to my past work experience and education. I think he did a great job because going through the program, I was able to track along with the information and I believe a large part of that was to do with Jeff being able to find a program, a training program that was relevant to my past work experience. I have no regrets about going to ACI Learning. It was a very great experience. Instructors were great staff was great. I highly recommend the program, kudos to every single instructor. All the instructors gave us all the information that we needed.
What program did you complete, and how was your experience training at ACI Learning?
Imamu Burton: My experience training at ACI Learning was a great experience. I again, I have no regrets. I think at this point, I definitely know it was well worth the time, well worth the sweat equity, well worth the investment. The instructors were all very helpful, very informative. They all had experiences and they share those experiences with us that were relevant to all of the subject matter that we went over. They gave us real world scenarios through from their past experiences. and even helped us with some, you know, just kind of understanding what experiences we may come across um in these fields in regards to troubleshooting or just, you know, having the knowledge to be successful in IT
Could you tell us a little bit about your current IT role and life after training?
Imamu Burton: Life after ACI is good. you know, shortly after I completed the training program, Brittney and the staff at ACI learning were very helpful. you know, during my time, as a matter of fact, during the time that we were training, we would get notifications, emails letting us know of opportunities, that were available in IT There were plenty of, there was plenty of material that they gave us, to help us in regards to those job searches. and my job search, didn't last nearly as long as I, probably had initially anticipated it would be. and I, again, I have nothing more to say than thank you to you guys. You've been great ACI Learning was great and I'm excited about the road ahead.
