Why did you choose ACI Learning Tech Academy?
Armando Frausto: Hi, my name's Armando Frausto. I graduated from ACI Learning in March of 2023. And I chose ACI Learning because, they really did care for people and they supported military members in their education and also, through their VET TEC program that helped military members, receive job placement after they finished their course and their certifications.
How was your experience training at ACI Learning Tech Academy?
Armando Frausto: My experience at ACI Learning was amazing. Not only did I get to work with prior military members, but I also got to meet a lot of people in the Colorado Springs area that were also going through a career change. And it was amazing to really get to work with our instructors who were very knowledgeable, very passionate and they really did care for our success and through all the material they taught us and all the quizzes, they really did ensure that we knew what we were learning and that they cared for us. and really gave us extra attention if we needed help with anything with the course. And it was just very organized. the instructors were very knowledgeable, like I said, and it was just an amazing experience and not only through them but also through meeting new students, meeting prior military members and their experiences in life and how they got to be at ACI Learning. And it was just an amazing experience to meet new people and learn a new career
Could you tell us a little bit about your current IT role and life after training?
Armando Frausto: Life after ACI Learning is amazing just because I was able to receive a job offer. And I'm now working at the company Tek Experts and a lot of that has to do with going through the ACI Learning program and working with our career advisors. I want to say that my experience was very amazing and I feel that I was really in a better place through the knowledge of, IT and also through the connections I made not only at the school at ACI Learning, but at my new job place. I was able to offer my experience in the military as well as offer my network as well to different people that may be looking to change their careers and people who may have questions about IT.
If you could say one thing to the staff at Tech Academy, what would it be?
Armando Frausto: There's one thing I could really say about the staff members at ACI Learning is that they're very passionate. They really do care and really look for the success in everybody's lives. I mean, not only through personal careers in IT, but also through personal lives that they are able to assist in any way possible. I want to say thank you to our instructors at ACI Learning, they really did an amazing job for us to learn the, material and be prepared to take our certifications. And they also provided a lot of personal experience in their own IT careers which really gave us real real world examples that were more realistic to us and which gave us, I think a better edge on understanding of different topics in IT. And I think through this learning style, it helped everybody in my class at least really get an edge.
