What are some tips for a successful candidate?
Kia: Hi, I'm Kia. I'm a recruiter here at AC I learning and I'm gonna share with you some tips on what it takes to be a successful candidate.
Tip #1
Kia: Tip number one, be prepared. You can wing a wedding toast, but you can't wing knowing about the company or the role that you're interviewing for a little bit of homework goes a long way.
Tip #2
Kia: Tip number two, be on time. Don't assume that your recruiter is located in your state or even their company headquarters also test the Zoom link prior to your interview. Everyone knows that updates can happen at the most inopportune moment and you don't want to be left scrambling because your computer decided to update with one minute to go.
Tip #3
Kia: Tip number three. Remember that this is a two way interview. We want to know about you, but we also encourage you to ask questions to find out more about us to make sure that we're the right fit for you.
