Introduce yourself! What is your role and how long have you been with ACI Learning?
Lee Hughes: Hi, I'm Lee Hughes. I'm a Lead Technical Instructor II, which means that part of my job is leading and coaching instructors. I've been instructing myself as well. I've been with ACI for 3.5 years starting back in April of 2020.
In your role as Safety Officer, which learning hub will you be representing?
Lee Hughes: In my role as a Safety Officer, I'll be representing the Dallas office.
What does safety mean to you?
Lee Hughes: What does safety mean to me? It means creating an environment as free from fear and harm and risk as I can make it, and that requires a lot of preparation. You have to be ready for whatever bad comes your way. That's my goal as Safety Leader in Dallas.
