Why did you choose ACI Learning?
Angel Grote : I chose ACI Learning because they met my needs. I was looking for something that would make me marketable within the IT. field quickly And also that would provide job placement. And, truthfully from the first response I got to my inquiry until I completed the program every step of the way the customer service that I received was exceptional. And that made a difference in my decision to choose ACI. Because I felt like again just from first contact they were going to be invested in me.
How was your experience training at ACI Learning?
Angel Grote : My experience with ACI. Learning was phenomenal. I was terrified to start this program. I knew how to turn on a computer that was the extent of my computer knowledge and from day one I felt so comfortable. Every instructor that I dealt with was an expert in the field. They knew how to answer my questions in a way that brought higher level information down to something that was manageable for a layman. And again I had I had no clue what I was doing. I could turn a computer on that was absolutely everything I knew how to do. And by the time I was finished I felt very comfortable applying for positions in the IT Field. I felt like I was not just marketable but competitive.
How is life after training at ACI Learning?
Angel Grote : Life after training with ACI Learning is spectacular. It's better than I could have hoped. I was not confident in my ability to compete in this field, but I knew with the way the market was changing, I needed to go to school and learn these things that we're going to help to give me some sort of an advantage or potentially just allow me to participate in the, in the job place today. And I have a good position that makes me happy with an incredible company that I was connected to through ACI and I am not just able to function in my job, but I'm now training the new hires and I would not have had this opportunity without ACI Learning.
If you could say one thing to the staff at ACI Learning, what would it be?
Angel Grote : If I could say one thing to the staff at ACI Learning, it would be thank you. Thank you for being a part of my journey. Thank you for helping to change my life. Thank you for the opportunity that you've given a single mother to provide for her child and for the confidence that you helped to bring to me so that I can go into a workplace environment that if you had told me I'd be doing this a year ago, I would have laughed at you. There would have been no way that I would have believed I could do this, but I am. I am doing this. So thank you.
