How do you inspire inclusion to create pathways for women to thrive at work and beyond?
Margaret Hung: To me being inclusive is about making women feel seen for who they are. We're taught from a young age, what we need to look like, speak, like act like to be accepted and to be viewed as successful. But there shouldn't be a rulebook that we have to follow. I try to learn more about the woman that I work with as individuals and listen to what they care about and their points of view. Then I can reflect and look for ways that I can support them in reaching their goals.
