How do you inspire inclusion to create pathways for women to thrive at work and beyond?
Katrina Purcell: Thriving at work requires having work that you feel joyful about. It requires having passion and excitement for what you're doing every day. In order to have that passion and excitement, you have to feel heard. You have to feel that you're making an impact, that your work really matters, that what you're doing matters that your voice matters. Inspiring inclusion to me means that we're allowing space. We're allowing a opportunity for people to voice their opinions. We're allowing opportunity for people to join conversations where they may have been excluded previously. And we're ensuring that when we're considering product development or we, we, we considering business decisions that we're looking at it from a holistic point of view. And we're really considering all potential consumers, but also our employees and understanding how they might be approaching problems differently and why the difference in their uh background might actually lead to a better solution overall.
