How do you inspire inclusion to create pathways for women to thrive at work and beyond?
Jasmine Mehta: We've all heard the infamous adage. When you empower women, you empower an economy and a nation. And this rings true in the workplace as well. Creating an environment that's safe, collaborative and accommodating for all women of all backgrounds, especially women of color will lead to a more innovative, productive and inclusive work culture. And one of the key ways I think, I believe that we can create these pathways is through leadership investment and commitment to equalizing the playing field. Seeing other women in leadership roles with a seat at the table is a proof point for so many others. Signaling that your voice and your feedback is valued and respected. Offering women the opportunity to be in these critical roles and positions creates a ripple effect across organizations that instills a sense of confidence and diverse leadership styles. And for me personally, I found that having that representation to lean on and to tap into elevates my potential and creates a sense of belonging and community.
