How do you inspire inclusion to create pathways for women to thrive at work and beyond?
Jennell Jordan : How do I cultivate an environment of inclusion for women? For me, it's all about paying it forward. So that as I continue to grow in my career, I'm intentional about bringing other women along for the journey. Someone once told me that diversity is the presence of differences and inclusion is the act of making those differences count. So even if you walk into the room and you're the only woman in there, make sure you make your presence count and leave that room better than how you found it.
