Please tell us who you are and what you do.
Nishi & Vischal B.: Hi, I'm Nishi. Hi, I'm Vischal. So we both work full-time and we have two kids. One is 3 years old and we also have a 6 year old, so you can imagine we're all on our toes all the time. And we have just moved in our new homes a few months ago.
Before working with Access Wealth, how would you describe your overall financial situation at the time?
Nishi & Vischal B.: Yeah, as we just bought our new home, so we got a big mortgage now we have to pay over 30 years, and now we're just a bit worried about our retirement and how to pay this loan. Yes, and we were worried about financial protection for our kids as well, as Vischal mention, a huge amount of our income goes towards the mortgage.
At that stage, what challenges were getting in the way of you actually making financial progress?
Nishi & Vischal B.: So we knew we wanted to do something about it and we started researching on the net and we had different ideas, but at the same time there was too much of information and it was overwhelming And so we need to look for clear guidance and need some like a right path to move forward.
Before speaking with Access Wealth, what concerns or doubts did you have about property investing?
Nishi & Vischal B.: So we were worried about potentially investing in an area or property that would not yield enough revenue to sustain us or even investing somewhere that would cost us potentially and we are already you know in a tough situation, so that's the worry that we had. Also about the process, the more you read about it, as I mentioned, the more information you have, so you do not really have a clear path, and um that was what was worrying us.
Did you have any hesitations about working with Access Wealth before starting?
Nishi & Vischal B.: So we saw the ad on Facebook and it aligned with what we were looking for. But Facebook, come on, that might be a scam, right, that's what everyone thinks. But I still clicked the link because I wanted to know more.
If anything was holding you back at first, what made you decide to move forward with Access Wealth?
Nishi & Vischal B.: So we Google Access Wealth pages and reviews which look legit. And once we did that I had the opportunity to speak to Jenny from Access Wealth, who was really amazing and that's when it clicked, like, whatever they were doing it really aligned with what I wanted. But she spent the time to listen to me, to understand my requirement and to explain the process step by step, how it's going to be and how they are going to assess whether we are even eligible, and that's where this wonderful journey started and right there and then we knew. This is what we wanted today.
What was your experience like working with your strategist and the team throughout the property journey?
Nishi & Vischal B.: From Jenny to Justin, Ben, Shannon, Adrian, everyone who we have been working so far at Access Wealth have been amazing and they are really experienced and knowledgeable, and have really been supportive all throughout. And Ben has been exceptionally patient with us, always motivating us, always ensuring we have all the answers, and we are understanding everything as we progress all throughout the journey. Ben also goes the extra mile to share his own experience and also to be there when we need him. He's just a call away which makes things much easier because when you speak to someone, sometimes you go back and start, like replaying the conversation in your mind and you have a question or the other, he's always there to assist. We understand each and every step as we always moving forward.
Since working with Access Wealth, what practical progress or improvements have you seen?
Nishi & Vischal B.: So we now have a clear pathway. Numbers that speak for themselves. Also we now have the plan to make sure that we're now working towards having financial freedom and also security for our kids. We're also working towards paying our mortgage sooner rather than later, so we are now currently building our portfolio and we are on our way to buy our first property.
How would you describe your confidence now compared to before you started working with Access Wealth?
Nishi & Vischal B.: The fact that we have a well laid out plan, we are now really confident and um we no longer have to worry about retirement, financial freedom, security for our kids, because we are now doing something about it and we have a very strong team with us, which is the Access Wealth team who's guiding us all throughout the way.
