Kalino H.: My name is Kalino Hehea. I'm from Clyde, Victoria.
Before working with Access Wealth, how would you describe your overall financial situation at the time?
Kalino H.: Before working with Access Wealth, my financial situation is a little bit up and down. That's why I'm trying to see somebody who can help to manage my finance plus my mortgage. And looking forward for retirement and stuff like that.
At that stage, what challenges were getting in the way of you actually making financial progress?
Kalino H.: Hold me back for making financial progress is the decision making. And I Don't have any plan. I think Access Wealth was helping me a lot of those things. And Maybe sometimes I second guess myself too. So I'm not sure, yeah, all the go ahead to what we're actually doing, but really, really happy and encouraged by Access Wealth to do this thing.
Before speaking with Access Wealth, what concerns or doubts did you have about property investing?
Kalino H.: When speaking with Access Wealth about property investment, sometimes I still concerned or don't have any confidence on money we got at the moment to, to actually proceeding the process of property investment, but are thankful for Access Wealth for their support and guides to make the thing impossible to be possible.
Did you have any hesitations or concerns about working with Access Wealth before starting?
Kalino H.: Before we started working with Access Wealth, I'm a little bit hesitation about whether the Access Wealth will help us, but as soon as we start, we are especially thankful for John. He's really worked hard in helping us and guiding us all the way, and I'm really, really happy and we finally got it. And showing the trust I have in him is make everything run smoothly and thank for John.
If anything was holding you back at first, what made you decide to move forward with Access Wealth?
Kalino H.: When we're starting to have a plan and confident and what Access Wealth plan for us was really working and I'm glad we we move forward with them. And it help on how to understand and making initial and decision yeah, on we have to do, and then move forward in the investment property. We're really thankful for especially the Access Wealth, John and his team are helping us to to do this thing. Hard thing to make it easier for us.
What was your experience like working with your strategist and the team throughout the property journey?
Kalino H.: It was really easy for us because of the helping of John's team to explain to us and then we understand what stuff we can help in our part. Everything was really playing well too, and when we communicate and talking about everything. I'm really glad for, for all those plans that you're giving to us to to have an understanding of the investment in property and Really thank you for that.
Since working with Access Wealth, what progress have you seen?
Kalino H.: Seeing the improvement, especially us, in our part about the the clear plan and proper understanding of going forward. And really understanding of what we should doing and helping to make everything working smoothly.
How would you describe your confidence now compared to before you started working with Access Wealth?
Kalino H.: Yeah, the level of confident in understanding at the moment was really improve and especially now, during our working with Access Wealth was really helping us to getting our confidence in property investment. And trust in them. And I say, really glad we finally make that decision is the right decision and thanks for that.
What would you say to someone sitting on the fence about property investing with Access Wealth?
Kalino H.: To get on board and use that Access Wealth material help them to get the confidence and understanding. It really nice and really good for us to see the work they're doing and understanding and make us confident on doing property investment.
