Please tell us who you are and what you do.
Jason Bartlett: My name is Jason and I'm a father of 3 beautiful children.
Before working with Access Wealth, how would you describe your overall financial situation at the time?
Jason Bartlett: How I'll describe my overall financial situation. Prior to working with Access Wealth, would be not really going anywhere to be perfectly honest, very basic.
At that stage, what challenges were getting in the way of you actually making financial progress?
Jason Bartlett: Challenges I faced we're, not having a good plan. Certainly not understanding the options that were out there for me. And really just needing some guidance.
Before speaking with Access Wealth, what concerns or doubts did you have about property investing?
Jason Bartlett: Certainly not understanding the rules, not understanding how easy it can be for anybody, of any. background. And certainly just the fear of making the wrong decision. And not understanding what I could actually achieve.
Did you have any hesitations about working with Access Wealth before starting?
Jason Bartlett: The main concerns I had prior to starting with Access wealth were: Was it gonna be right for me? Am I making the right decision? And most of all, is this the type of thing that's gonna help me retire comfortably in the future.
If anything was holding you back at first, what made you decide to move forward with Access Wealth?
Jason Bartlett: What changed for me and helped me decide to move forward with Access Wealth was. the confidence and the patience of John, who helped me through the process, also the understanding that I received from him and the whole Access Wealth team. And really understanding how easy and achievable it can be Using Access wealth as the guide through this situation. They were brilliant.
What was your experience like working with your strategist and the team throughout the property journey?
Jason Bartlett: Working with John Staggs was a brilliant experience. From the start I explained that I was a complete novice at this, and every step along the way, he gave me a lot of confidence, he gave me a lot of answers, explained things thoroughly, gave me the time that I required to build confidence in what I was doing. And from then, the people behind the scenes who helped me choose the property and the analysis that they gave to me was extremely thorough, and every step along the way, it just built on that confidence. And any questions I ever had, John was more than happy to help me out with, gave me a lot of advice, off the record as well, which really helped, and anytime I ever needed him, he has been there and continues to be there.
Since working with Access Wealth, what progress have you seen?
Jason Bartlett: Since working with Access Wealth, improvements that I have seen is, I've purchased my first investment property, also have a plan moving forward, with outlined years of growth, and how my money is going to help me to an early retirement. Also helping my children when they become adults, which is extremely important to me and has been from the start. John put everything that I required and everything I asked for in a beautifully outlined diagram, and we are working towards those goals. And possibly even a second investment property in years to come.
How would you describe your confidence now compared to before you started working with Access Wealth?
Jason Bartlett: I certainly have a lot more confidence working in my self-managed superfund space. That has been helped by the information and guidance that I've received along the way. And also I have recommended to other people to use Access Wealth who have reached out, and they are going through the process now and can totally understand where I'm coming from with the level of care and especially the level of information and putting you at ease that Access Wealth does, and it certainly helps people along the way.
What would you say to someone sitting on the fence about property investing with Access Wealth?
