Please introduce yourself and describe how Accelerate Education has helped your school/district.
Robert McKenzie: My name is Robert McKenzie. I'm the mentoring program director at Best Skills Academy. Best Skills Academy is a private middle school located in Greenville, South Carolina. We specialize in helping students who are struggling in a traditional public school. Because we have students who may be in the same grade but on different learning levels, we needed a flexible curriculum that we could personalize for each student, and Accelerate Education has done just that. Content is great and it keeps the students engaged.
Tell us about your experience working with the Accelerate Education teaching and support staff.
Robert McKenzie: The support staff at Accelerate Education has been amazing. They're easy to get in touch with. You don't ever feel rushed, and they're very knowledgeable when it comes to their product. If I run into any problem or can't figure something out, I know they're just an email or a phone call away.
How does Accelerate Education stand out against other similar services you've used?
Robert McKenzie: We've used other companies in the past for our curriculum, and Accelerate Education has been the best so far. While their curriculum is top-notch, their customer service and pricing have been miles ahead of other services that we've used in the past.
