Tell us a little about yourself and your background.
Naomi Kettner: Hi, my name is Naomi, and I began my professional journey with the desire to support individuals with a variety of hardships who may feel hopeless. I received my master's degree at the University of Northern Colorado with clinical mental health counseling experience. I'm also a licensed professional counselor.
What kinds of challenges do you specialize in helping people with?
Naomi Kettner: I really enjoy working with all ages through a variety of mental health issues. I specialize in trauma, autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and OCD.
How would you describe your style or approach to therapy?
Naomi Kettner: My therapy approach is customized to each individual in a collaborative way. My hope is to work together to address core issues through goals and objectives. I'm here to provide processing and skill building as needed to optimize our therapy time together.
What do you hope to achieve with your clients in therapy?
Naomi Kettner: My hope is to promote independence when obstacles in life arise through the use of effective coping and insight towards our circumstances. I also hope to integrate one's values in that process.
