Adolph V. Lombardi, Jr, MD, FAAOS: Hi, I would like to take this opportunity to invite you to attend the AAOS in San Francisco this year. I have the honor and the pleasure of moderating a case based presentation on adult reconstruction of the hip. There will be an array of problems that you will face in your practice and this will help you make some rather significant decisions and offer your patients the best when it comes to complex primary and revision hip replacement.

Adolph V. Lombardi, Jr, MD, FAAOS: The name of this symposium is "All in a Day's Work: How to Address an Array of Hip Problems Our Patients Face." In this symposium, you will be exposed to a number of primary and some conversion and revision hip arthroplasty problems which your patients will present. You will hear from the experts on how they work these problems up, what extra studies they get and how they actually handle these cases. Therefore, this will give you direct insight into the appropriate management of your patients.

Adolph V. Lombardi, Jr, MD, FAAOS: My symposium is a case based symposium. Therefore, you will receive direct information from a group of experts regarding complex problems in primary and revision and conversion hip arthroplasty. You will learn how to address each of these problems, and I hope that you will leave our session with an enhanced understanding of how you will go home and treat some of your patients.

Adolph V. Lombardi, Jr, MD, FAAOS: I've been in practice for 35 years. I haven't missed a single AAOS. I love the interaction with all of our colleagues. The opportunity to reengage. I especially love the Exhibit Hall and the opportunity to see just the vast surgical opportunities that we can use to help our patients. There are a number of Instructional Course Lectures, Symposia, Showdowns. Just a large array of educational opportunities. I hope you'll join me there. I hope you'll come to my case based presentation on complex problems related to the hip, whether it's primary conversion, revision... I've got a field of experts that will really tell you how to deal with all these various problems. Come and join us. I hope to see you there.
