Adolph V. Lombardi, Jr, MD, FAAOS: Hi, I would like to take this opportunity to invite you to attend the AAOS in San Francisco this year. I have the honor and the pleasure of moderating a case based presentation on adult reconstruction of the hip. There will be an array of problems that you will face in your practice and this will help you make some rather significant decisions and offer your patients the best when it comes to complex primary and revision hip replacement.

In this symposium, you will be exposed to a number of primary and some conversion and revision hip arthroplasty problems which your patients will present. You will hear from the experts on how they work these problems up, what extra studies they get and how they actually handle these cases. Therefore, this will give you direct insight into the appropriate management of your patients.
