Share how you felt after reporting your forgiveness to Fiducius.
Kelli H.: Hi, my name is Kelly and I felt elated when I found out that my student loans were forgiven. I kept checking the student loan servicer website to make sure that it said zero. I thought that maybe it was some kind of a prank at first. So I called and talked directly to my loan service provider and they, after waiting on hold for a very long time, they said, yes, congratulations. Your loans have been forgiven and I was just over the moon about it. So I talked to my kids that were in college now and told them about it. They were excited for me and then I told my teenage daughter and my husband at home and they were so happy for me. So, um, it's made a big difference in, in the future for us financially and just for peace of mind, if, if you're on the fence about trying to get student loan forgiveness, um, through the PSLF program, don't even hesitate and Fiducius will walk you through it. You don't have to navigate federal uh student loans on your own. It can be daunting but they know exactly what they're doing and they will help you every step of the way they'll stay in touch with you. So, you know that you have the applications filled out correctly and just do it. That's all the advice I have for you. Um, good luck.
What would you tell a friend or colleague who is thinking about pursuing this benefit?
Kelli H.: To my friends and colleagues. I have encourage them a lot. Some of them are in the midst of loan forgiveness and I told them about my experience and they were so excited. Some of them hugged me and said, thank you for telling me. I never thought I would meet someone else that was going through the same thing and that I never thought I'd meet someone that actually had their loans forgiven. That was really cool for me.
