Hello, my name is Bruce J. and I have been a customer with Fiducius for the last six years. My interaction with representatives from Fiducius has been excellent. My one correspondent was Jacob Lange who helped me navigate through the process of paperwork and timelines when I had been paying off my student loan over the last four years, even through the COVID period, I was able with his help, additional work and paperwork and the assistance of the Fiducius to stay abreast of all information and knowledge to keep me up to date with the student loan requirements. I participated in the public school, excuse me, the public service loan forgiveness program and was able to secure forgiveness and debt relief of over $300,000. Needless to say I was very excited and happy for me and my family. Not only does this open up a door for my retirement, but it gives me the comfort and freedom to know that's one less debt that hangs over my head. Once again, accolades and kudos go to Fiducius and Jacob, I want to recommend Fiducius to anybody and everybody who has any type of student loan debt, they were professional, polite and timely getting back to me with answers either by phone or by email.
