Jeffrey Butler: Winning the talent war dives into different things you have to do to not only find the right talent in today's digital age, but the right talent that you're looking for. Through that presentation, I'll be introducing multi variant techniques in order to showcase what certain companies are doing to successfully recruit on a shoestring budget.

Jeffrey Butler: Winning the Talent War is filled with different recruitment techniques that myself as a small business owner that I've used to recruit on a shoestring budget, but also what larger organizations do in order to effectively recruit - from the initial process of attracting someone's attention online to the copy that you write in a job ad, to questions you can ask in the first introductory interview to determine if this is the right fit for your company.
