Thomas Needham: Hey, it's Tom Needham from The Content Studio. And as you can see, I am on vacation. One of the main reasons I can go on vacation and be completely relaxed is Ben Eubanks. I didn't read the question. I'm just gonna shoot on this and I just want to tell you that Ben, it has been an absolute pleasure working with you although you're not retiring yet, but happy 40th anniversary at ACBJ, an incredible accomplishment. And with Ben, you know, when I think about working with him, he's two things. He is an incredible journalist and he's also an incredible teacher. And those two things combined has made him phenomenal with our clients and instrumental in grooming content studio members that we brought on through the years. And Ben, there's no one I'd rather work with. I'm so happy you're on the team and happy 40th anniversary.

Jeff Sauls: Hey, Ben, it's Jeff Sauls. Congrats on your 40th anniversary. It's a significant moment. Speaks to what a great colleague and collaborator that you are. Having worked together for 20 years, It's hard to pick just one moment. But if I had to pick one, it would be your transition from editorial to native was so seamless and you brought so much credibility to that business in the early stage and you have really helped develop it into such a big part of what we do at The Business Journals. So, congrats, it's been a pleasure working with you and watching you thrive in the variety of roles that you've had here. So enjoy.

Georgina Woodley: I don't think I've ever met anyone more knowledgeable on every subject in the world than Ben Eubanks. And that could be the latest developments in Blockchain technology. the entire back catalog of British TV shows, every single battle that happened in World War Two and the latest lunch spots in Charlotte. And that's all within the space of 10 minutes. Ben, you've been an amazing, amazing mentor and friend. Probably one of the best I've ever had in my career. A huge congrats on 40 years with ACBJ. That's massive! Let's go and celebrate with a Little's hot dog sometime soon.

Emory Thomas: Ben, 40 years and 40 ACBJ markets. Coincidence? I don't think so. Ok. So there are 45. That's a technicality. In any event, great work, great impact on cities ranging from Saint Louis to Seattle and everywhere in between and beyond. Hope you feel great about every one of those 40 years, a different job, every few years, but a great job every year. Thanks for your amazing service. Love working with you and, looking forward to the next 40. Here's to you.

Huntley Payton: Hey Ben, it's Huntley Payton. Congratulations on 40 years at American City Business Journals. It's an absolutely amazing accomplishment. And of course you are the father of digital journalism at ACBJ. Employee number one at bizjournals.com. Accomplished many great things, taught people how to write for the web. You're a good man. I loved working with you, miss working with you. I hope you're well and wish you much continued success in the future. God bless. Bye bye.

Tim Bradbury: Ben, Tim Bradbury. What do I say after 40 years? Except, you're still there. Oh my God. Think back to the times in the early days of bizjournals when we were just scrambling and you were trying to educate me on why advertisers can't write articles for us. I still wonder why they can't, although they kind of do, we now call it content marketing. Hmm. Anyway, congratulations on the 40 years. You have put up with a lot. I know, you even put up with more now with Whittington and the whole group. But those days, back in the early days of bizjournals were something to share. You, me, Kent Senior, Ryan McAfee. Alvin Kreitman, Kent Junior. It was, and then we always had Ray making the slow walk over to the bizjournals area. So, anyway, 40 great years, I'd like to say, I wish you another 40, But I won't. I look forward to seeing you soon. The next time I'm up in the building. All the best. Congrats.
