Larry Lauck: What do we need to do to help you make a sale? And that was more education. They were the experts on technology. And so the showroom needs to help the salesperson on the floor better understand the customer - provide them the elements to close that sale. So it's a it's a long process, we're going to help do that by education on this initiative we're gonna announce here in a couple of weeks and then we can add on to that as we continue down the road.
