Aleeya Reynolds: Hello, my name is Aliyah Reynolds and I am here just to show my support of Hasaan Rashid for District two IPS board. He is my brother, my older brother. We come from a long line of educators. Our parents instilled in us a drive and a passion for learning at a very young age. I have a career in education. My father is an educator, his wife is an educator. So education runs deep in our bloodline. I love working with youth. I've been working in education for over 20 years...the entire time I have shared successes with my brother, concerns with my brother. He has taken it all to heart. We have sat around and discussed ways to make our communities better. I know that he already is doing that in his own community. He has a drive and a passion and a determination Unlike any other I've seen. He is going to be an excellent addition to any board he is on. He has instilled passion for education in his children. My niece and nephews, He's made changes in his own community. He's raised money for scholarships in college and as an adult and we just know the benefit of having a community to support you. We grew up in a small community that supported us and allowed us to be great. And I know that he wants this community, community of Indianapolis to also be great. And I know he can do it. I trust him. And so should you.
