Could you describe the time that you met Rafal, and what did you appreciate most about his coaching & mentorship?
Rita Neves: I met Rafal about a year and a half ago through my past business partner at the time, he was delivering a training to a bunch of online entrepreneurs myself, included about a system that he was using within his own business that was helping him. He was very much at ease and I loved the way that he kept things short and sweet, concise to the point, did not overly complicate anything, and he was just so natural in the way that he was delivering the training to us, and that speaks about his coaching and mentorship style as well. He's very much dedicated to everything he does and he's got a great work ethic and he does not like to waste time. So it's very action driven and I admire that a lot.
What was your biggest “aha” moment during the process? How did you feel that you transformed or changed as a result?
Rita Neves: My biggest takeaway from that was, or my Aha moment, If you could call it, that would be, that's how people do it right? When you're new in um, the online space and running a business for yourself, you don't know what you don't know until, you know. And Rafale was very open in sharing the processes that he uses and what is working for him. So it definitely helps me to show me the importance of tracking certain information and, you know, working smarter, not harder.
How would you explain working with Rafal to someone considering joining in and working with him?
Rita Neves: If you're looking for someone who's going to hold your hand and allow you to have your pity party and wallow in self doubt and self pity, he's not your man. If you're looking for a coach that will be there, when they say they will be there, that is there for you, that will shake you out of your funk and get you to see what you can do the action that you can take to go forward. He's your man.
