Why did you choose to work with us?
Jeremy Wall: Um Y'all were one of several recommendations uh that I had checked out and I believe it was during the initial session or sessions where, where Beth sold me. Um I appreciated her wisdom, her experience, her directness, uh and her honesty um out of everyone, she also was the only coach who chose to offer the type of partnership that she does through coach salting. Um And to be honest, one of the things that I also felt was diminishing at my school was the active presence of people who could be mentors. Uh I, I started to recognize that I was becoming the most seasoned uh administrator uh on campus and that wasn't great. Um And so I also, and I also gravitate towards those people who are wiser who have more experience, uh who can point me to where those landmines may be. Uh And also you lean on their, their previous experience. And so this team just provided me, this just checked all the boxes uh in terms of like where I am as a, as a principal and as a leader, and I saw that just like our partnership would lead to me really advancing and taking the steps that I wanted to take and knew that, um, would be really challenging for me to take on my own.
