Tell us about your MSP?

Mike Bloomfield: Hi, how Mike Bloomfield, President Geek of Tekie Geek. We're a managed service provider in Staten Island New York covering the New York and New Jersey tri state area. What do we specialize in? Well, let me tell you we're the IT Superheroes. We help businesses to protect them from cyber threats and minimize their risk providing, unified communications, cloud computing, business continuity and managed services to small and medium sized businesses. Who doesn't want IT Superhero in their back pocket?

What problem were you trying to solve with the Invarosoft CX Platform?

Mike Bloomfield: When we found the Invarosoft CX platform we didn't even know what it is we were looking for. Quite frankly, it was probably before we realized the need for a customer experience platform. And Invarosoft helped to pave the way and show us exactly what it is that we needed. They give our clients an easy way to gain access to their IT superheroes us. So I guess we were looking for our 'bat symbol' and Invarosoft has helped to deliver that each and every day. What's the feedback been from your clients?

Mike Bloomfield: The feedback that we get from our clients is phenomenal. They love the Invarosoft ITSupportPanel tool. They love how easy it is to submit tickets and to get in touch with us and we love how easy it is to get in touch with them because overall it gives them a much better experience. Using the example a few months back there was a Cloudflare outage that was affecting thousands of websites. Using the platform we were able to send a mass banner (push) message to all of our clients letting them know, hey FYI there's a major outage, this will affect your web browsing, you'll have an issue and our clients really loved it because we were able to keep in communication with them and give them notification ahead of time. So they really are happy with the platform and it is a selling point when we sell our stack.

What do you love about partnering with Invarosoft?

Mike Bloomfield: What I love partnering about Invarosoft is just that they see us as a partner, we are not just another number in their book. When we have a question, when we have a concern they're the quickest to get on the phone with you, go through. If you have a feature request that they love to hear your feedback and why and really work to implement those suggestions that you make into the platform and every time along the way where they offer a new feature they're the first one to reach out to you to get you scheduled for a zoom to go through and highlight all the new features and more importantly, their whole team is passionate about the customer experience and making sure it's perfect for us as an MSP but more importantly for our clients. So that's what we love about partnering with Invarosoft They truly see us as a partner.

Why should other MSPs rush to implement the Invarosoft CX Platform?

Mike Bloomfield: So why should other MSPs rush to use the Invarosoft CX platform? This is a really easy one for me. I'm using it to sell against you. So if you're in my area and you're an MSP and we're going against the same prospects, I'm using the fact that if you're not using the customer experience platform and not making it easy for your customers, we're selling against you with just how easy we make it.
