I'm a professional speaker and expert on brain injury, as well as I've worked in the insurance industry for over 30 years.
Darcy Keith, CPCU, AU, AIS: I'm excited to be presenting a session titled "Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI): What Every Insurance Professional Needs to Know." As an individual who's lived with two severe traumatic brain injuries for over 31 years, this experience, as well as serving on the Brain Injury Advisory Council for the Brain Injury Association of America, has given me valuable insight to help you develop a greater understanding of TBI and its symptoms as well as brain injuries impact on an individual, society and insurance claims. I will also share the secret on how to address individuals with brain injury, the barriers and the mental health issues associated with it.
